We are looking for a Customer Support Manager for VEO's new Lifecycle Support function
Through Lifecycle Support, we provide our customers with a service that ensures a longer life for the equipment and systems supplied by VEO providing also incident management and recommending system upgrades. The service includes both remote and on-site support.
We are looking for a Customer Support Manager for VEO Lifecycle Support function. The key element in this role is to ensure that VEO's end customers receive excellent service and support in relation to VEO deliveries. You will lead a customer support team ensuring customers are satisfied with the service and support they receive, and together with the team, diagnose and resolve technical issues or malfunctions in equipment or systems.
You will be responsible for the development of training courses that are to be used in customers’ operation and system maintenance trainings. Staying updated with latest tools and technologies, to improve the support work and process, is essential in this role.
We expect from you:
- Technical education (B.Sc or M.Sc) in electrical engineering or automation
- Several years of experience in service business and customer work
- Experience in implementing customer service solutions
- Motivated and goal-oriented working style
- Performance skills and enthusiasm
- Good language skills in Finnish, Swedish and English
