We are looking for a Project Manager for our hydropower projects to strengthen our team in Finland and Sweden. Are you ready to successfully manage our projects and lead the project team to achieve and exceed the set project targets? Then we would like to get to know you better!

About the position

As a Project Manager for our hydropower projects, you are responsible for the project's delivery on time, according to budget and with great customer satisfaction. You lead the project team and contractors for the project with the goal of achieving the best possible result with the highest customer focus. Our way of working is characterized by community, flexibility, trust and quality, so you will be guaranteed to get the needed support to succeed in the role. In this position, you will work with Nordic hydropower projects and your team members will be located at both Finnish and Swedish offices.

About you

This is a role for those who have a great interest in the electric power industry. We see that you have a technical or commercial education (B.Sc or M.Sc) or have equivalent experience in electrification and automation projects as well as experience in project management.

You have good knowledge of hydropower projects, experience in distribution or industrial projects is seen as an advantage. You have good process discipline, a commercial mindset and have good knowledge of construction law (Entrepenadjuridik) and master applying the legislation in practice. You are the spider in the web and take responsibility for the whole for a successful project.

Location

We are looking for a colleague to join the Swedish project team, but your office can be in Vaasa or Seinäjoki, Finland. We work in a hybrid model, which means that you can plan your office days with both work and leisure in mind. The work requires travelling.
